Description:

Ocean Spray Apartments are located on what had been the undiscovered South Coast of Barbados. It is a sought after location for windsurfers from all over the world. Centrally positioned on a coastal area which includes the Silver Sands Resort, the Peach and Quiet, and on to the Long Beach Club, the area has become prominent as the site for world windsurfing
championship competitions for two years running. The Ocean Spray's studio and one bedroom housekeeping apartments are excellent alternatives to crowded hotels, high traffic congestion, and exile from local associations. An early sunrise to the sounds of surf is all that it takes to draw the guest out of his room and onto his balcony or patio. The trade winds wash this location day and night, providing opportunity to enjoy the surf, the beaches, and the cooling refreshment.

The Ocean Spray is locally owned and operated, whose owner lives on the property. In season barbeques allow all guests the opportunity of meeting and sharing their experiences on the
waves or on the many beach walking paths and trails. Transportation to the popular South Coast entertainment venues is easily accessible by way of buses and minivans which stop only a few blocks away. The local rum shop, an island legend, serves not only as a social spot
but also contains a minimarket, carrying provisions for easy and inexpensive meals in your apartment. Long Beach, a near two mile long undeveloped stretch of coral sand, is just
steps from your patio or balcony. Take a bottle of water and sunscreen with you on your walk, and look for horseback riding on the beach and herons in the marshy lowlands.
